Guitarist and singer-songwriter Lewis Franco has been a fixture on the Vermont Swing and Jazz scene, entertaining audiences with clever and insightful lyrics, tuneful melodies, and a fun-loving presence. With six critically acclaimed CDs to his credit, Dan Bolles of SevenDaysVT feels that Franco “has almost single-handedly kept the jump and jive alive in the Green Mountains.” 

Franco says this has more to do with his stellar band, The Missing Cats, which includes Vermont stalwarts Will Patton (upright bass), Dono Schabner (lead guitar) and Susannah Blachly (harmony vocals and fiddle).  “Also, I play with two hands.”
