Rush Run Philharmonic

Friday, July 24

These guys...every year they drive all the way to Vermont from West Virginia, to play at the Jig-in-the-Valley to raise money for The Fairfield Community Center.

This year, Phil Rolleston and Patrick Gabbert (far right and left respectively) will be bringing some friends with them for a very special show on the Friday night before the Jig.

The band is comprised of an eclectic group of musicians occupying the hills and hollers of southern West Virginia, named after the creek that bounds down one of those mountain sides. They play Acoustic Americana music that is rich in harmonies, engaging audiences with good time music.

Rush Run = A creek in Pocahontas County, West Virginia
Philharmonic = The love of music and harmonies

Join us for this happy reunion at the Meeting House beginning at 7 p.m. Suggested donation at the door - $10 per person. Lite fare and scrumptious desserts, beer and wine available for sale throughout the evening.
